Hey, everybody. My name is Erik Bremer, and I am the play-by-play broadcaster for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, Double-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins. 2023 marked my sixth season in affiliated professional baseball, and second with the Blue Wahoos after previous assignments with the Fredericksburg Nationals, Potomac Nationals, Colorado Springs Sky Sox and Biloxi Shuckers. I also served as the play-by-play voice for the Brisbane Bandits of the Australian Baseball League from 2018 to 2020.
I am a 2016 graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and began my career as an intern with the Minnesota Twins and the Cape Cod Baseball League's Wareham Gatemen. As a freelance broadcaster, I have provided play-by-play for the Cape League All Star Game, the Conference USA Baseball Tournament, Augsburg University men's and women's basketball, and Minnesota State High School League football, basketball and hockey tournaments. I am currently the television broadcaster for the Pensacola Ice Flyers professional hockey team. Let's talk! Feel free to explore my portfolio with the links above, or contact me with questions or comments. |
